Send Feedback In The App
For product feedback, feature ideas, or bug reports that don't need a back-and-forth, the in-app form is the best route. It tags your message with the right category and routes it straight to the team.

Feedback submitted this way isn't a support ticket and won't always get a personal reply. If you need one, email [email protected] instead.
Trouble Signing In
If your sign-in code doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you used the right email address. If it still doesn't show up, or you've lost access to the email address on your account, email [email protected] and we'll help you get back in.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account from inside the app. Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
Deletion is scheduled and takes up to 30 days to complete. You'll be signed out everywhere immediately and won't be able to sign back in during that window. After 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently removed.

Delete Or Export Your Data
Deleting your account (see above) also deletes your personal data. That's the simplest path under UK GDPR Article 17.
If you want to export your data, or make any other request under UK GDPR (access, rectification, restriction, objection, portability), email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll respond within one calendar month.
